We helped a contract laboratory in Spain to choose an appropriate UPLC-MS/MS line. Working in close cooperation with the customer we set up several demonstrations, which were then evaluated. The outcomes provided a sound basis for choosing a line best suited to meet their specific demands.

On a basis of secrecy, consultations were held with a Dutch instrument firm. The objective was potential exploitation of the so-called SCREAM model. KAIN coordinated the setting up of an analytical laboratory in Turkey for one of her customers. Activities started in February 2009 with the design of a floor plan and putting the necessary infrastructure in place.
