In many laboratories the data processing software of the analysis equipment is unable to quantify measurement results in the desired way. Another frequent bottleneck is the cumbersome transferral of analysis results from (various) instruments to the LIMS data system being used. In many cases analysis results are still being fed into a LIMS system manually.
In cooperation with the lab manager of a client, a model is being developed to make the processing of raw Multi-method data compatible with the SANCO/10684/2009 guideline. After a number of test versions, the optimised model will be used to analyse samples on a routine basis.
