Commissioned by a large international non-profit research institute, we developed a GC-MS method for analysing DDT in soil samples. In many laboratories the data processing software of the analysis equipment is unable to quantify measurement results in the desired way. Another frequent bottleneck is the cumbersome transferral of analysis results from (various) instruments to the LIMS data system being used.
